We needed to create a dashboard with a structure that could be customized in 5 days for each B2B client.

As a team, we consistently follow the design process steps, and among the initial stages, we prioritize UX research and competitor analysis. It is essential for us to gather insights into the pain points and needs of users while also creating a comprehensive customer portrait. In this specific case, our goal for this product is to target the B2B market. By focusing on this market segment, we aim to cater to the specific requirements and preferences of businesses. We strive to develop a solution that optimizes the user experience and addresses the unique challenges within the B2B landscape. Once we analyzed the insights from the UX research, we, as a team, embarked on the crucial task of developing the User flow to establish the product architecture. The admin can add a new item\product with admin dashboard to show it in the app. The admin also can create the categories and additional services to show them in app.
The admin has ability to do mass actions in admin dashboard such as: change the price, activate\deactivate
and delete.
The admin can add the item, customize it or export from the existing pos to admin panel. After that he can update it in the app.
Also the great opportunity is manage all orders in one place. The also synchronize with the POS system if needed.
All info about the delivery process in the cards. It helps manage the order, the courier and see the progress of each order. You should to select the courier to the order, after that the courier get the notification.
After the courier was selected, he got the notifications and can start to perform the order.
The admin can send the notifications and updates to the courier, the courier get them in his app.
Banner section: It is a possibility for an admin manage the banner in the app. He can plan the time for each promotion!
Also an admin can manage the banners in the app. Setup the banner settings for each time\locations and selected the photo photo for each one.
The admin should select the correct format of photo and add them to the app with an admin panel. Also the admin see the preview of the banner before it appear in app.
